I am researching now about cutting flour and sugar from our diets. I have already done so in the past, but they slowly creep back in without proper recipes. It is also seems difficult with the holiday seasons upon us also, with all the pot luck and special dinners. I am eager and open for some ideas and recipes if anyone has any.
This is the most amazing book! My husband and I have been on this new "lifestyle" for two weeks now and have been shedding the pounds. I really recommend this!
